  Looking to adopting a dog. Hello! My husband and I have been looking for a dog. We keep checking the Bradshaw Animal Shelter, Front Street Animal Shelter, and Sacramento SPCA and have had no luck. We have even done adoption applications, for dogs, we expressed interest in, and they have been adopted. I was wondering if anyone knows another shelter or any places to look for dogs. We live in an apartment that does not allow certain breeds (Pitbulls, German Shepards, etc.) Any info will be helpful! Thanks!

  I just adopted a dog through getyourpet.com. People use it to re-home their pets. I had to keep an eye on the local dogs for about 2 weeks before I found one that was a good match for me. I really liked using it, you just pay $99 adoption fee after you take the dog home. In return they give you a vet visit voucher and discounts/deals on a few other services.

His owner's are moving and cannot take him with, he has hip problems & can barely walk, along with the host of other terminal medical issues. Please, NO hateful comments. This is a client's dog and is located in West Phoenix. Client does not have a lot of funds is looking for the most inexpensive yet loving way to put this dog down. Where can we go? We need to adopt out the small dog, these dogs are attached at the hip in this is going to be very hard. The small dog is not totally house trained.
