We don't need repairs but are looking for annual service and a maintenance agreement. We are in Port Charlotte. Universal AC installed the unit but doesn't return our calls. The builder is worthless in getting his subs to honor their so-called warranties. Thanks in advance for an assistance.

Sanitation we can do, but air ducts are so fragile that we don't recommend them actually being cleaned, usually if they get really bad you're looking at replacement.
