Nobody fresh out of beauty school (I am still growing out the last hack job done by a 20 yr old newbie so someone who is good with figuring ways around a major layering fail is a plus!) I am a professional working woman, and my hair matters to me. I get my hair cut every 4-6 weeks like clockwork (need it majorly thinned as well) and I dye it several times a year.
