  Morning Islanders Any Reasonable Priced Bathroom fitters – (we only have a small budget but would like to keep it local – if possible) available in the next few weeks to undertake a small bathroom refit on Hayling (Bathroom is only 1.5m x 2.5m)?? NOT looking for a showroom etc who also supply the suite, just a fitter with a van big enough to collect from B&Q and Wickes as we will supply the main items. Required: • Toilet replacement with low level white toilet in Vanity unit • Sink replacement with white sink (New Tap/Waste) in vanity unit with tall side unit and vanity mirror cupboard above sink • Replace current bath with 1400x700 low rise shower tray/waste, Glass screen and new mains fed shower (current pipework is in place • Replace Current radiator with chrome towel radiator • Possibly Tile 75% of bathroom walls • Possibly Add new vinyl to the floor • Possibly replace Centre light for modern fit, new shaver socket, vanity light, new light pull and look at extractor/isolator. • We are probably going to do the final decoration ourselves and add chrome fittings Contractor will also need to source pipework, valves, sundries etc This is our only bathroom/toilet in the house, so job will need to be done in a way that we are not left without a toilet overnight, sink bath however are not an issue as we can shower etc at gym. We are also considering moving the toilet next to the sink and turning the shower, but need to discuss this with the fitter re possibility, costs etc So if anyone would like to quote, we would love to hear from you Dave
