Further, I get some back pain pretty regularly. I'm trying to find a physical therapist (if that's the right answer) or a doctor that can help me establish a program that will get me on the right track towards being able to street run and backpack long distances.   I am 24 with chronic knee issues. My feet also are fucked, and for the past six months even just walking my dog brought me close to tears. I am normally athletic (bike 50-60 miles per week, rock climb, etc) but was unable to do these since September. I have been on a plan with Roseanne at [Greenwood Physical Therapy](http://www.greenwoodpt.com/) for 2 months now and can finally exercise pain free again. Very attentive to my particular situation and genuinely cared about making me feel good again. 10/10 would recommend.
