Physio recommendations? Hey all,
Looking to get my shoulder checked out by a physio as it’s been giving me issues for a while. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good physiotherapists? I’m based near Newington area so somewhere easily accessible to there.
Had a look at back 2 fitness Scotland and they seemed decent, anyone used there?
TIA

The team at Bruntsfield Physiotherapy is excellent. They've helped immensely with various back and shoulder problems I've had recently. Can't speak highly enough of them. http://www.bruntsfieldphysiotherapy.co.uk/
Hello! I suffer from terrible back pain, been to the GP and nothing really been done so looking for some recommendations for a physiotherapist in the local area who could help? Many thanks!

I use Bruntfield Physiotherapy 17-19 Barclay Place Edinburgh, works for me and my back has bothered me since 1979, only do exercises now and occasionally go for a MOT lol 0131 221 1044
Looking for a chiropractor... I've put my back out and have been unpleasantly suprised at how reliant I am on it to do pretty much anything. Been around 3 weeks now and I've read that it can take around 6 weeks to naturally repair. I am looking to explore other options on aiding this recovery, sports massage and acupuncture provided short term relief but didn't solve.
Still struggling to fully understand the difference between an osteopath and a chiropractor but if anyone has any recommendations for someone it would be appreciated. Live in pilton area with car so can travel.
