  I'm in search of recommendations for the following: Licensed roofer to give estimate on removing several satellite dishes and repairing damage from dishes to roof. flashing also needs repairs. Licensed contractor to give estimate to replace a basement window, glass in door, replace rotten wood beam on porch. Licensed HVAC person to service unit. I need estimates as soon as possible but work can be done at another time. This is a great opportunity for side work but you MUST be licensed and be able to provide a receipt.   I have used Phil DiBello Roofing with success. 410-752-7663. They're a city company, although not NE. I had Harview once to do my garage roof. They were definitely rude, unprofessional and left a mess.

  http://www.phildibelloroofing.com/ it's locally owned, we used them in 2009, no issues. I can't speak to prices because the home's previous owner paid for the new roof.
