About us

There are many options and styles for decorative concrete including, Grey, coloured, liquid limestone, exposed aggregate, stamped, stencilled, stained, re-pave and more.

With “Exposed Aggregate” becoming a very popular demand in the decorative concrete industry, I find it very hard to look past the advantages of this product.

Exposed aggregate is without a doubt the most durable finish you can do on your driveways, alfresco, paths or pool surrounds. Other finishes will wear down due to erosion and high traffic, exposed aggregate is less likely to undergo this spalling effect as it has already had the cement paste removed.

Exposed Aggregate is easy to maintain and with its rough finish it’s naturally skid resistant. With the choice of sand (white/yellow), concrete (grey/cream), many colour oxides and the types and stone sizes (7mm to 14mm) of decorative aggregate available, your imagination can help to create your perfect driveway or outdoor area.

The aggregate is acid washed and applied with a UV resistant solvent based acrylic sealer which gives it a high gloss wet look that deepens and enriches the colour of the aggregate. The sealer forms a film of acrylic resin on the concrete that repels against grease, oil, water and stains.

If you are after a quality affordable product that will outlast any other concrete finish and look spectacular exposed aggregate is the way to go!
