We are a salon for self-employed stylist or nail tech to rent a space to conduct there business. Each stylist is there own boss , The Hair Vault is just a location they use and rent their stations. For any appointments /or issues that may happen with a stylist, please contact that stylist directly. The owners are very limited on handling how stylist choose to conduct their customer service towards their clients.

(depending on his mood) They are great about actually doing what he asks. He LOVES them and won't go anywhere else. I can find out if he uses one particular person but I am fairly positive that he has used more than one stylist there and has always been very pleased.
