About us
My’s Bridalterations (MBA) is a custom design and bridal alteration services provider located in Bristow, Virginia–founded in 2014 by Johnny Nguyen and My Pham, a talented husband-and-wife team sharing a passion for outstanding design and superb service.
My Pham, the Co-Founder, is a professional seamstress who has dedicated her life to learning about sewing, first from her mother and then through experience and studying. She has three diplomas for sewing and dressmaking, fashion merchandising and design, and professional wedding consulting.
My's Bridalterations is a detail-oriented wedding company that has been providing alterations and excellent customer service for customers in the DC–VA–MD–WV and surrounding areas.

Also, I am getting married next year (still so weird to say eeeek!) and I'm trying to locate a seamstress who can possibly make a dress from scratch. I have located many seamstresses in the DC area, but they mostly do alterations to dresses, not actually creating the dress itself. If anyone knows of a reputable seamstress, please send their info. Thanks a ton!
