  To be honest if you aren't grooming or getting them used to the sounds or feel of being groomed it will be traumatizing no matter what. My standard poodles are started at 2 weeks with clippers and dryer and are done weekly. Once there hair is long enough we brush them almost daily. But i do recommend Cameron at reber ranch pet central. He groomed my big guys while i was pregnant and unable to it.

  We take our std labradoodle to Camren at Reber Ranch Per Central in Kent near Trader Joe’s.

  REBER RANCH, ask for Cameron, he is amazing, my baby hates bath and he does it wondefully, you might need to do it at their store branch, Pet Central by trader joe, but they have straight thru for extra $10, you set appointment and the baby doesnt go in a kennel, it lasts about 1.5 hour, they call you ahead so you can get him when he is coming out. I always do it at their place, do noever use Petcare, they are horrible with kennels,, overheating and treating the doggies like they dont care. $60 total

  We have two Australian labradoodles and HIGHLY recommend Camryn at Reber Ranch/Pet Central. He does great with labradoodles and our dogs love him!
