They do classes from 5 am through to 10 am then 4 pm to 7 pm. 45 min circuit style, each day the class is different (weights, cardio, resistance etc) with 2-3 PT's training you along with the other members. Its an amazing work out and means it can work with your lifestyle and commitments. Free week trial available :)
