But if she feels like it's "too much" she will give them a break. My puppy had an eye infection and was not cooperating with getting drops put in lol. She spent a TON of time with him. Super patient and kept giving him breaks. He LOVES her. And she feeds him treats the whole time he's there 😉. There is no waiting room... they bring you right into your room, where they have a bed like ottoman for your pet, music that's soothing, windows in each room. The whole staff is so dedicated to making you and your pet comfortable with every visit. I highly recommend making an appointment. Not many people know of it because of how new it is and the location. Everything is done with a fear free approach and they are just great there. It's evident that they really care for each pet that comes in. I brought my kitten in for a bad infection that would have killed her if they hadn't taken her in for emergency surgery that day. She ended up staying for about a week after to recover and they provided me with updates daily and allowed me to stop by any time to see her. I can't imagine going through something like that with any other vet.
