  I highly recommend Peggy Clarkson with Clarkson AllState! She will spend the time you need to make sure you understand your insurance and make an informed decision. She will tell you honestly if you should switch insurance. On more that one occasion she has told me to keep my insurance where it is. Now that is integrity. She doesn't have all of my insurance but she definitely is the person I go to when I have a guestion she is the one I go to.   Call Peggy Clarkson with Carkson All State. I have never met someone so honest and up front about insurance. We consistently review my policies together each time they are due. This is the second year she has told me to keep my home ownersinsurance where it is b/c it is a good policy and she can't beat the price. An insurance agent who doesn't upsell you or convert you for their own benefit. She has won my trust and loyalty for life. She will explain what she feels you need and why.   I need some feedback folks please on an over discussed topic but sadly I need more recent feedback; Home insurance company recommendations? Recently went to discuss /review coverage with the company I am with and am so annoyed with their lack of ability to answer SIMPLE questions. I literally had to go thru the policy clause by clause and ask which clause applied to my very specific questions and in a period of 30 minutes I got 3 different answers. Then they say they will email my answers to me since I had to go and even the email was incompetent and clueless. They still are unable to show me in the legal documentation which portion applies to the answers they are giving me... I can't imagine if god forbid I have to file claim w/ this company. I wont name them here - as that is just unprofessional - however I am looking for feedback of good home insurance company where they 1) can answer specific questions and follow up with actual documentation 2) you have filed claim w /them and they didn't give you run around 3) they don't constantly try to upsell you. Thanks in advance. If you are an insurance person please don't reply. I want to hear from customers only.

  I you want a policy explained to you completely. Call Peggy Clarkson with Clarkson all state. She sat down with me and explained every element. Pro's and Con's. Listened to what I had to say. Spoke to me in regular people terms not insurance jargo n. We discussed what my house and assets to make sure I had the protection that was appropriate for me. She is just amazing.   You absolutely have to call Peggy Clarkson with the Clarkson Agency. Peggy was able to explain my insurance to me in a way that was both helpful and informative. She speaks in English not Insurance Jargon. I have never had anyone take the time or energy to explain my policy to me in a way so I could choose a policy that will keep me and my family protected if I actually have to use it. My experience in the past was who could give me the best price and nothing else with limited details. She is a Rockstar! Highly recommend! 813-236-2994
