  We are on our way to Spring Hill, Florida as we are moving there and will be arriving at our house tonight. We don’t have health insurance obviously yet since we just moved. I have to get my daughter immunization paper forms and physical forms in the Florida state forms as she will be attending Spring Hill Elementary does any one know where I go to do this ?? I wanna get it done tomorrow so that she is not missing out of school much. Thank you!

  Don't know if they can help you tomorrow, but when my grandchildren are sick and they are staying with me, I take them to Dr. Sami at All Pediatric Care. 225 Mariner Blvd. 352-688-0100. Very nice office staff as well!

  All pediatric care. 352 688 0100. At the right off the traffic light in mariner by Springhill regional hospital. 14 yrs now. Dr.Zuhdi is the more hands on dr. The rest are in ti fast and don't have much time with the kids anymore. They have a 2 nd office down by oakhill hospital.
