Looking for someone who is good with modern, layered cuts and colors, listens to what their client wants and doesn't charge much more than around $110 for a cut and color. Thank you:-).

  I stumbled onto Ilona at the hair cuttery in Logan sq when I couldn't get into my hairdressers book for a month. If u find a cut n color in new hope for the amount u mentioned outside of the hair cuttery I would be shocked.
