We had a scheduled appt and the gentleman came in to installed the tank and we had decided to change the location. Which created another appt. Everyone was more than accommodating to our request. My property came with its bag of problems, but Bill gave me suggestions of how to easily solve them that worked. All members of his team were cordial/helpful and the install was done promptly and easily. Look forward to working with Rayne on my next project soon.
