One-on-one lessons Hello! Before my recent gig I could fumble around in various Adobe programs but wouldn't consider myself a designer (started my creative career in copywriting). My current job has me creating decks in indesign and I'm functional but not as productive as I'd like to be. I watch tutorials and they're either super rudimentary or out of my league because my knowledge is hyper-specific to what I need to do for my job. Years ago I had my designer friend create my wedding invites and she gave me guidance on some techniques and I realized I learn much better that way.
Do any of you know of individuals or companies that would offer some sort of training in this format? My company will pay but is probably more likely to do so if it's from a known entity, but there are so many online learning services out there I don't know where to start. Any recommendations? Also if you work for such a company I am fine with some mild shilling ;)

AMC From indesign secrets does training and she's fantastic. https://senecadesign.com/about/anne-marie-concepcion/ I've never done her official training but I've attended her sessions at the indd conference and there are wonderful. 1000% expert and a fun presenter.
