Can anyone recommend someone to replace the billets on my saddle? I did it 5 years ago on a different saddle, but can't remember who did it or how much it cost.

I do saddle repairs which would include replacing and restitiching your billets. It really depends upon your saddle as to how much it costs. On average it runs about $38/billet to replace and $10-12 to restitch. More if the saddle needs to come apart t replace billets.Call me 215 794 7213.

The tack works in buckingham pa I'm not sure about price but she is pretty reasonable with all her repairs
Does anybody know if there is a saddler or harness maker that will put new knee rolls on an older Crosby close contact saddle that is completely flat at the knee area on the flaps?

Sharon Ross at the TACK WORKS in Buckingham, PA 215-794-7213. Sharon is a Horsewoman also. She has done most of the major saddle repairs for the local tack stores in the area for over 40 years. She does all my repairs and has a clear understanding of how tack affects the horse and rider.
