  Dr. Jensen in Provo, on the road to the canyon. I've had him take a few things off my face and been happy. Can't remember the practice name or address but the phone number is (801) 224-5200. DO NOT see Dr Edwards at the same practice. That guy is a butcher! You will have a wicked scar from him.

  Yes I work for a Derm and we're booked out to the first week in Dec. Just to warn you though....if they're actually moles (as opposed to skin tags) they are pretty expensive. We have a really good PA who is a little cheaper and our office is awesome to work out payments with. Phone is 801.224.5200. Hope that helps!
