  Recommendation for a Garden Designer I don't even know if Garden Designer is the right term. I'm looking for someone to help plan planters and in-ground shrubs for a professional outdoor space. In the past we used a landscaping company but they have had an ownership change and the people who used to help plan everything out have been replaced by people who are more like work crew managers. We need someone who knows horticulture, has a decent creative eye and can do at least some of the planting. Any specific people or companies you've liked? It's not that price is no object, but I'm looking for the best, not the cheapest.
