I worked with Larry Berg from McKay as did my neighbors. He was great to work with. When I had estimates from Maple Leaf he wasn't very helpful and Ganshert was nice but way over the budget I had for it.

We recently got bids from Spartan Landscaping and Sure Shot LLC. Went with Sure Shot but would have hired Spartan without hesitation (in addition to landscaping, Sure Shot is rebuilding our deck so for ease of hiring one place, we went with them as Spartan does not do decks). Also heard great things about Schoenheit Gardens. I will say that I quickly learned they are all very busy this time of year so nothing happens quickly.

We had Moyer's do our yard last fall. They are in Stoughton. They redid our sidewalk with brick edging. Moved some soil around, brought in boulders and low maintenance flowering shrubs. They have a showroom and you can pick out plants, bricks, everything you need. We loved working with them. You can look at the finished work if you would like. http://www.moyersinc.net/

You're looking for a Landscape Designer. Frequently larger landscaping companies may have them on staff, but not always. I tend to do all my stuff on my own, but knowing the proper search term might help you out. Good luck in your project!

I just had my driveway and all of the sidewalks done at my house last year by The Concrete Company. Matt and his team do an amazing job and are great to work with. I get so many complements on the job that they did by friends who are in the building industry.
