Follow Up Question: Is LVM neighborhood doing the "Adopt an Ash Tree" movement? Other neighborhoods like Eastmorland and Marquette have taken action to raise funds for public trees to get treated, as well as "Wild Warner" group at Warner Park. Just food for thought!

Jay Scholz, several years ago I had the same problem when the phone company refused to cut out a branch that had grown around their line. They changed their minds when I asked to schedule a call for a downed line in about an hour after I cut down the tree that would certainly take down the line.
