  I asked I guy I know to be a dentist in an AA meeting if he could help me with some dental work. With great relief he said his office was in another county. I asked him if he could recommend anyone locally. In fact I had to ask him twice. He said yes but they are expensive. He knows people in aa meeting dont have much money. People don't need a reccomndation for an expensive dentist. We can find one of those on our own. I wanted to tell him in the future the correct response to this question is "sorry I can't help you". This would be the most efficient use of both parties time.
