  I work for an estate agent in Cambourne and definitely recommend you use an independent mortgage advisor, we do not have one in our office for the reasons Michelle eluded to. You just can't get the whole picture if the advisor is Blinkered to a panel. We have used many independent advisors over the years for our clients and we now recommend The Mortgage Broker in St neots, they are one of the best we've used. It is most definitely independent advice, please feel free to call 0845 603 3173 and ask for Damian.
