Can anyone recommend a reliable home inspector? We just bought a place for the first time, and we convinced the seller to come down in price pretty significantly. However, he's saying that since he's come down so far in price, he will not be paying for potential repairs if the unit needs any. We're looking to find a good home inspector so that we can make sure that the unit is in as good of shape as we think it is.
If anybody has any recommendations, I would really appreciate it. Especially if they're willing to work on a shorter timeline!

I just bought a house a week ago and had the inspection on Monday. I used MasterCraft Home Inspection. It is owned and operated by Mike Wieble. It cost $450 for our 2500 sq ft home and was worth every penny. There were three inspectors including him along with someone Mike was training. They printed up the report right there and went through everything with me and the agent. I showed up at the beginning and stayed the full 3 hours and they were really nice. Mike used to teach home inspection, and teaches you about the issues they found. Highly recommend. Mike - (281) 635-0298
