  I work for Dr Keith Cummins he is amazing and btw WE GOT ALMOST ALL THE PT BACK over a year ago cuz he's a good dentist and ppl love him and cuz we became a provider and you do not Have to pay up front all you have to pay like Danielle Gibson Nibbe said is 30% of what he does which isn't ever much! If you get cleanings 2 times a year then you don't have to pay nothing up front for them!! Dr Keith is amazing and I'm not saying that cause I work there I'm saying it cuz he is he goes above and beyond to make patients happy!!! If you need an appt call us 2175256980
