I have never been to Dr. Welsh just know that he takes Medicaid. I helped someone look for dentist a few years back and he was just about the only option at that time. Good luck!

Idk if he covers it or not but Dr. Mizer in tville is hands down the best dentist I've ever been too. I've seen ferry, huss, and a few others. Mizer gets shit done fast and does an awesome job. Look him up.
