  I go to Dr Thomas Smith 9101 Franklin SQ Dr 410-574-3100. I am sure there is also a long wait for new patients. I like him. He is very nice. Rick has also went to him. Get an appt and keep calling back for a cancellation to get in sooner. That is what I did for Rick and it only took a couple of weeks.
