  Preferred Family Medicine-1200 12 Mile Road Royal Oak.248-543-0600 (12 Mile between Campbell & Stephenson) I see Dr. Carbajo, but there are 3 or 4 doctors and Physicians Assistants so you can get into see someone on short notice. Beaumont Doctors.

  Try calling preferred medical group in Madison heights. 248.543.0600. They have one on staff. This is where I actually go see the doctors and pa's for myself. They have a physiatrist on staff as well.
