  Hi - I'm writing for someone who's sister lives in Sacramento, has bipolar disorder and her current therapist through MediCal is "not working out." While the sister is trying to switch to another doctor this individual wants to find someone to help her right now - and will gladly pay until her sister is stabilized. Her sister is "in bad shape right now and thinking about committing herself." I told her that it was good that she was open to that as a possibility if it is/becomes necessary.
