First inspection was done by Vitale himself and it was great, I ended up not buying the property, thanks. But Second time I used his services was with Chris. He missed so many things that are in hard to reach areas such as roof fan. Many more to list. I am upset about it but I am fixing a lot of stuff. What got me upset is that they are lousy. Second inspection had the house adress wrong and many emails and calls later they never fixed it. I express what happened with second inspection, All I wanted was to make him aware of his employee doing lousy work. Vitale offered to refund me the actual cost for second inspection, nice gesture but drop in the bucket ( which is ok, I cared for the humor). But, over one month I never received and I emailed him few times back and forth. He said he will or he sent etc. Well, I realiezed Angieslist removed the negative feedback ( but respectfull of course). So he completly ignored and I am tired of this.
