About us
We are a family run 5* Luxury Pet Hotel catering for all breeds of Dogs & cats, Our rooms are the finest you will find, and come with under floor heating, heatlamps, tv's, rugs on our fully tiled floors, pvc half glazed doors letting in lots of light, fully covered attached runs with outside night lights, we will supply raised feeders and raised beds in all rooms with luxurious bedding, although we encourage all owners to bring their pets own favourite bedding, toys and treats as this really helps your pet settle quicker.
Our rooms exceed the size requirements set out by Durham County Council, We are fully insured and all pets are covered by petplan insurance whilst in our care, we are also lucky enough to have a fantastic vet who will come out 24 hours a day if there is an emergency.We are ranked No1 on the Freeindex review site and have over 100 great reviews which we are very proud of. We offer 1st class facilities and pride ourselves on the level of care and commitment we provide to all our four legged guest.
