  There's another shop that I heard about right as i was leaving So I never got a chance to visit it myself, but it is supposed to be excellent at servicing bikes. It isn't a retail outlet but more of a bike builder specialty place -a true cyclist's bike shop. It's called The Basikal. It might be a better place to start. If it doesn't work out, then you can check out Bike Pro. The website appears to be something of a work in progress, but it can least get you started with a location and a phone number.   I hope it works out. Good luck. And, yes, let me know how it goes. I will likely be back in KL in a couple of months and my bike will need its own dose of TLC by then. I'll likely drop by The Basikal myself and check the place out.
