It looks like the backlight behind the TV has been damaged. The inverter (the part that powers the back like) or the power supply might've been damage during the storm. If you bring it by our store we have a $30 diagnostics and we can go through and figure out what's wrong with the TV

  Anyone work on electronics in the Cumming area? I've got a couple of things needing fixed. #1 Acer Laptop My T key came off. I tried snapping it back on, but it comes right back off. I called a guy earlier, but he says the whole keyboard will have to be replaced... #2 Xbox 360 The kids broke the tray, so it no longer goes in or out. I tinkered with it, but ended up dislocating the eject button so it'll need stuck back where it belongs... #3 Tablets I've got 3 tablets with broken screens. I don't want them fixed since Santa is bringing new ones. If anyone knows where I can take them to be refurbished and hopefully donated, I'd rather go that route instead of the trashcan...

  Hi Amanda Henning This is Damien with Computers R Us I would be happy to help you with your devices; for the Acer we would need to replace the entire keyboard and we charge $40-$60 depending on the cost of the keyboard. For the Xbox I can try to realign the optical drive tray for $40; if needed we can replace the whole drive for $70-$80. We do offer free recycling for electronics so if you would like to bring your tablets by we can recycle them and make sure they are properly disposed of.
