Ok I need input - Local advice. What would you recommend to someone is wanting to make some healthier lifestyle changes? More than just diet changes, also would want to work at getting into physical shape as well. Not looking at quick weight-loss gimmicks... Looking more like a personal weight trainer. Male orientated.
