  We rented a house in the Orlando area from Alexander Homes in March 2012 http://floridasunshine.com/ We were very happy with them and the house was about 15 minutes from Disney. We actually booked a vacation package through West Jet Vacations and the house supplier was Alexander Homes but you can book with Alexander Homes direct as well. We ended up with a great house with its own pool and hot tub for a very reasonable price.
