Juber U. replied:Pretty much everyone's a personal trainer these days, its not actually hard to attain the level 3 qualification. So why don't you go to someone whos level 3, a highly skilled nutritionist, history in prepping clinets for competitions, extremely successful and come recommended, that successful that they have even got their own established gym, ran seminars, have famous competitors using their facility.... All those = Phil Goater who owns Optimal Health & Performance - they are fantastic bunch, very professional and have personal experience from Phil myself. I managed to get down to 6% bodyfat last year and this year training with phil im hoping to smash that by December with a higher body weight. Can't recommend any other person, trust me you wont be disappointed.
