  Help me please people. I am fussy and cantankerous, obviously only because I care so much about my horse. She needs a physio to check her over and possibly treat a shoulder problem. I either find physios don't do anything, they use a machine or they have to come out all the time and there's no difference. Bad experiences have made me very negative. Can anyone suggest one that works? Thanks in advance xxx
