  Looking for a referral, please. We would like to entertain the idea of moving from our home in Sultan and into a larger home on acreage very soon. Maybe even build a home. I need an expert at real estate with the financial savviness to help guide what we should do and how to get it done. For example: rent it; re-fi and rent it; sell it outright and buy a new one, walk away, etc. I have no idea what the rental market looks like or where to begin. I'm also unsure what the current housing market looks like and if we would even be successful selling. I'm not looking to waste anyone's time.
