Hi, I'm Dawn! I started taking classes in January 2010 and fell in love with this form of exercise. It is SO MUCH MORE fun than anything else I have tried. I have been teaching classes since June 2010 and have had a blast! I lost 50 lbs. in 5 months in 2010 by combining Zumba with a low-carb diet.. and have kept it off!! Nothing else was working for me. I hope you will come try one of my classes but if you don't Zumba with me - please Zumba somewhere!!! :)
