  My dog has been in pain today and couldn't get up yelping he has a ripped tendon for awhile now The vet wants 2000+ to repair with no guarantee...and won't take payments at all ...today was a bad day for him we were not sure if we should put him down .. Does anyone know of any vets we called Pembina they wanted over 300$ to put him to sleep he is walking around now abit just need to find out some options we hAve and maybe a vet who is open to payments if need be for larger bills...
