We were rushed into putting in an offer on a house just to test how the market was like with little information on the paperwork that need to be filled out other than being directed that it was nothing major. The paperwork we were rushed into signing ended up getting us into an exclusivity contract with this company. We than got into a back and forth trying to dissolve this contract since we were miss informed. We came to a forced agreement of half the time of the contract but due to this we are stuck either leaving the market for 4 months or paying the people that misdirected us. Along with all of this Suzy was late to our touring of houses and acted more like our mother than a professional agent.

  Themlsonline.com is a great resource. You can search by region, price, home type, school district. It's pretty fun. I don't think it's connected to any real estate agents though. But if you need one, Matt Thomson of Keller Williams in Gig Harbor is awesome.
