  Can anybody give me the name of a good hair salon in Ottumwa? All I would like done is a hair cut. The last few times I've had it done I hated it.   Chemical services usually can't be priced for certain until we cosmetologist see the hair. Condition, length, and wrap techniques all play part in the cost. As well as cutting afterwards. But generally all salons offer free consultations. Feel free to stop in Fonda's Salon and we can give you an estimate:)
