  My Mom uses Nicely's, 859-342-9900, and said they're honest and reasonable. I have had experience with Hagadorn's when I managed the apartments for Drees. They were also good in my opinion :-) If memory serves me correctly they had a "sister company" called H & H appliances, off U.S. 25 near Union/Richwood who were very reasonable.
