HOA board members: we need a new mailbox. Where can I buy one that meets guidelines for style size etc? Any recommendation for a specific store/website that sells the mailboxes in our neighborhood?

I love this question, Jill! The timing is more impeccable than you can even know. MANY of the mailboxes in the neighborhood need attention. It goes with an aging community - but it's also a great way to refresh a neighborhood. We have a program in the works for how we all can address this shared concern. It seems that 632 homes seem to offer quite a buying power when they are connected. ;-) If you need a completely new mailbox (box, post,) the approved replacements can be found at www.herndonmerry.com However, if your post is in good shape still and you're just needing refreshing/new address sign, you may want to wait a month.
