They can pick your TV up if u can't take it to them .they will phone exactly what is wrong how much it will cost if u want them to go ahead with it .and will fetch it back out to u if u can't pick up . I have used them the last chance with too different things . Said nxt time my TV goes would be best to get a new one .so they won't fob u off .would highly recommend them
