  I second Karen McBride, Dynamic Bodies have very reasonable rates, especially compared to gyms. The trainers are great and both their studio environments are very comfortable and non-intimidating. They also have a special on fitness group classes right now: $30 off the total cost of two classes or $40 off three classes.   Hi Hope Van Ravens-Gilmore My company Dynamic Bodies does not run bootcamps but we do have various classes such as TRX Suspension Training, Kickboxing, Barre Fitness and Pilates. We also do personal training. If you are interested in trying any of our classes feel free to contact me. You are welcome to come out and try any for free!   Hi ladies! We run two types of Pilates classes at my studio here in town. On Monday mornings at 9:30 am there is a class called Pilates Fusion which incorporates the use of bands, fitness circles, pilate balls etc. and on Fridays another Pilates class at 11:45 am.. which is more mat pilates. My instructor Jennifer DiCarlo has been a certified Stott Pilates instructor for ten or more years and is amazing!
