  Hi there. We need to make an insurance claim. Our washer has basically exploded nd damages are terrible. Skirting boards, doors and frames, floor is bubbled. Kitchen cupboards are ruined. I've got boiler cover with SSE but they won't service it in the loft as they have regulations to prevent their guys falling through the loft hatch. Unfortunately SSE won't provide me with any specifications and it feels like they keep shifting the goal posts. The boiler's really playing up so I'd love it sorted asap.
