TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR PRODUCTS
WE stock many different items mostly western tack and jewellery that have been hand made by us and we strive to keep them as one off pieces. From bridles and breastplates to spurs and conchos we try our best to keep our designs unique and inventive. We also stock a range of clothing and accessories for cowboys and girls of all ages. Where to find us: We travel to many local shows around Queensland and some NSW events. The best way to find out where we will be next is to follow our facebook page. If you have an event coming up that you would like Western Bling to attend please contact us with the information to discuss it. For those of you local to Plainland we have a shop set up for visits by appointment.

WARRANTY
All of our custom handmade items come with a 12 month guarantee in the case of accidental breakage or manufacturing problems please contact us via email and we will do our very best to fix our gear. If your item is over 12 months we will still try our best to repair our items. We do our very best to make our custom items quality strong, but we will not take any liability for accidents that may happen whilst using our products. It is up to you the owner to know your horse and tack and use your common sense wisely in all situations.

TACK CARE
We have an extensive range of tack and each piece requires TLC from time to time, here are some handy tips to keep your tack looking its best for longer.

*Tack can get a lot of sweat build up on it causing colour change and salt stains. We recommend you give your tack a once over with a slightly damp clean cloth after each use to help reduce stains.

*Tack can get sun fade or heat fade if left in the sun for extended amounts of time. We recommend that when your tack is not in use you store it in a shady place safe from the suns heat rays.

*We love our painted tack range and use the very best of paints. To care for painted items follow the same sun smart rules as above and every few months spray a... show more
light coat of water proffer over the painted areas. Do not oil the painted area only go around it and on the underside of the leather. In the case your painted tack gets a little dirty you can use a clean slightly wet cloth to gently give it a wipe over – please make sure you have kept up with your water proofing this really helps to protect the item.

*A lot of our custom stock has conchos on them & we only use the very best conchos not their cheaper counterparts. We do not glue our conchos on so that if you wish to change them over for a new look at any time you can. This means you need to regularly check all your conchos and screws as loose screws can cause you to lose your conchos. If you are not planning to change your conchos then add a dab of glue to the screws and make sure they are done up tight.

*We do our best to colour match our leathers for you but coming from different hides it will never be spot on. To help get your leather items as close to colour as you can use the same oils on all your tack regularly as it will soak up the colour pigments and help your items to match.

ORDER TIME
Every order takes a different amount of time to make and not every item is kept is stock. If you are looking for a custom item please contact us and we will be able to give you better idea of the time frame.

LAYBY
Yes we layby. We require a 50% deposit upfront, the remaining 50% can be paid off over 3months. If the layby is cancelled a fee of 15% of the total deposit amount will be charged. If no contact is made by the customer to us before the 3month time frame is up customer voids the layby contract and the deposit in full is non refundable. In some cases where contact has been made terms may have been changed to a longer time frame. By agreeing to taking out a layby the customer agrees to these conditions.

CUSTOM ORDERS
For all orders we require a 50% deposit with in 48hrs to book in to the agreed date. The other 50% is to be paid on or before the order if finished. A time frame will be given at the time of the order and the customer updated of progress through out the order time. In the case of the customer no longer wanting the order then the minimum 50% deposit is non refundable. This is because it is used to purchase items for the 'custom' order. As each of our pieces are unique it may not be possible for us to sell these items in order to allow for a refund, so we must keep the deposit to cover the outlay cost. In most (not all) circumstances we will offer customers a store credit of the deposit amount. This store credit must be used with in 3months unless otherwise agreed by the customer and us. If no contact is made by the customer to us before the 3month time frame is up customer voids the contract and the deposit in full is non refundable. In some cases where contact has been made terms may have been changed to a longer time frame. By agreeing to taking out a custom order the customer agrees to these conditions.

SHIPPING
We can ship to most countries using Australia Post services but please check your countries policies on imports & customs charges. We use the tracking and sign on delivery system for the orders safety, this helps us to keep an eye on the items location at all times. I can also offer parcel insurance or express postage with in Australia at the buyers expense. show more
